Pros
I was in an R&D branch, where I don't have much pressure on the outcomes. The colleagues are good and it was a good experience to work with them.
Cons
* The organization is rapidly changing. A large change happens in every 2 or 3 years. * One thing I didn't like in the company is that they don't consider the business when developing a new product. It is less encouraged. The product is often developed bottom-up. Often the product is dropped at the later stage of the development. Engineers are working to build what they want to build, but the product is not developed top-down and I think that's the reason why LINE cannot develop a killer application other than LINE app.
