Sells you a dream to fail on delivery
Pros
Will hire employees with limited experience ( only type of employee I would recommend to work at LJA ) Benefits are affordable
Cons
Company culture discourages open discussion about workplace issues, Leadership, including HR and senior managers, failed to address concerns professionally when raised. Lack of progressive discipline practices; decisions often felt reactive and driven by internal politics rather than policy. No clear protections in place for employees who speak up, retaliation is a real concern. Outdated systems and siloed communication between departments create inefficiencies. Low pay for industry ( they try to say it's because of ESOP) No diversification of retirement benefits ( all you get is ESOP no 401K Match ) Limited development opportunities for support staff Too many strings attached to the 1 day a week work from home ( example if you take PTO during a week then you forfeit your work from home day that week) Inconsistent training ( example people within accounting don't enter AP the same way/ no established best practices ) It's like working for a big small business ( not in a good way)
