      Beware a company that grows at a rate as fast as LJA. The hiring rate seems to accelerate every month. When a dip in the economy comes - and they always come - your job could be in jeopardy. Deadlines are head-spinning; they're fast, and there's a lot of them. You'll work 50 hrs+, but can only document 40.

      Pros

      Great Salary, company making money and constantly expanding. Awesome place to take your career. Benefits amazing (for a US standpoint, but poor if you're from Europe or Australia/NZ).

      Cons

      Austin manager runs a very boring workplace. If you work in Transportation in Austin you'll be fine, but don't take a position in Land Dev or another industry there. Company loses a lot of workers due to a non-engaged workforce thinking they are driven by money/numbers rather than a fun place to work.
