      Pros

      Flexible schedule, when it's busy it's busy. Good benefits, likable people.

      Cons

      Not every group is created equal. Fortunately my group does very well, but I can only imagine how the others feel when it comes to raises/Christmas bonuses. Favoritism within the groups as well. Get on your manager's good side early.

      Pros

      There are many experienced people here and you get to learn a lot from them. The ESOP Profit Sharing is also really good. 90/8 Work schedule.

      Cons

      Job pay is on the lower end of the market but they are working on that.
