      Some of the most amazing people you can ask to work with Great flexibility with start time They care about employees as people and not numbers Paid overtime Great medical benefits

      Cons

      There is a lack of remote options and even hybrid options which is not industry standard and can affect employees' work-life balance 50+ Long Hour weeks when there are deadlines There is a strong favoritism culture at the company which makes hard-working employees feel frustrated It can become hard to advance your career if you are not on the good side of the manager or do not belong to their "group" even if you produce good work. Not easy to transfer between offices or departments
