      Great company with a good ESOP plan. Small town feel and we have been growing a ton so a lot of opportunity. Competitive benefits.

      Cons

      No work from home policy or hybrid policy. But might be luck my with your manager.

      Manager is very supportive, company morale is great, lots of opportunity for growth, lots of training opportunities, generally like all of my coworkers, 8 weeks paid maternity leave, 2 weeks paid paternity leave

      Cons

      Working from home isn’t really an option, salaries are increasing but aren’t as high as some competition
