      Pros

      Lots of a talented and hard working staff. Company promotes a family feel. Salary is on par for industry and bonuses exceed most other companies. Very positive outlook on future projects and growth. Company pivots well and acquires tangential business and companies to strengthen its place in Texas a diverse and strong consulting engineering firm.

      Cons

      Very little administrative and IT support for satellite offices. Technology for employees can seem outdated and requires constant "help tickets" to address.

      Pros

      They were progressively growing during the time I was employed there. However, it depends on the group that you end up in. I was fortunate enough to work in a group where help was always available and they were always professional. Flexible scheduling is also a plus.

      Cons

      Sometimes the work can be a little slow. Other times, can be extremely stressful. All in all, there was a relatively good work/life balance.
