      Good Benefits ESOP Profit Sharing Friendly co-workers

      Cons

      50+ hours is expected. Anything less is treated like excessive absenteeism. Frantic work load. Deadlines stacked on top of Deadlines. While morale is usually high; there is a undercurrent of excessive stress that affects the work environment. Not a very diverse group of employees.

      Pros

      Lots of room for advancement from current job. It is a great learning environment. Great bonus structure. It is based off of performance which helps everyone do their best work. Employee owned company - Profit sharing program. Great work retirement saving. Great work-life balance.

      Cons

      Work can get a little overwhelming sometimes but that comes with a company that is continuously growing.

      If your boss is spineless, you wont go anywhere.
