Pros
Leadership at this company truly cares about all of its employees- engineers and administrators. I have been encouraged to work at the office but my supervisor is extremely flexible in allowing me to leave for family and personal needs. Company offers a 9/80 schedule but I do not utilize it. Their benefits package is extremely competitive. I am extremely impressed by the company’s ability to keep medical insurance costs down in this market. Company continues to grow. With growth comes engagement and new challenges for employees. This is positive as many people want to grow in their careers.

I am so grateful to work here every day. I have worked for other companies and supervisors where I was not treated with respect or developed and my quality of life suffered. My supervisors here have only treated me with respect. When personal issues came up they cared about me and asked.
