      The work environment is respectful of employee's work/life balance without pressure to work overtime. LJA demonstrates their employee appreciation through several opportunities to have fun and enjoy your time at work.

      Cons

      The work is mostly focused in designing Master Planned Communities which can get repetitive and lacks the creative output that a Landscape focused firm would have.
