Pros
I am in Facilities so I see how the company operates, I see the amazing workspace they provide for all of their associates and their cutting edge designs inside their buildings. If you want to work for a company where you feel that you belong, where you are valued, a place where your hard work/dedication doesn’t go unrecognized and a company where you can make your own path and then LJA is where you want to be. LJA is continuing to grow and strives to be their very best. If you do not need everything structured, your an outside of the box kind of person and you want a place where your creativity is encouraged then LJA is where you belong. If you get hired and work hard you will be happy you made the move.
Cons
Benefits are not the best but they are definitely equal if not better than other large corporations.
