      Pros

      Managers are very nice and really care about their employees. Everyone respect each other. There is always room to grow and have a future. Their Stock Program is very nice

      Cons

      Their base pay is not the best, they really don't put too much effort to do their best to keep employees with positions less than Assistance project manager. It is the best company for APMs and higher ups, but not the best if your position is less than that
