      Pros

      The company is growing so quick, there’s always work. Overtime is not required, although overtime does get paid at regular pay. Availability to work remotely Offices all over DFW Stocks are about 10% your salary Bonuses at the end of the year

      Large company so might be stuck doing the same type of work for a while

      Pros

      The company values its employees and gives multiple benefits aside from the salary. They are very understanding with time off in general and have a great culture that focuses on employee retainage and growing existing employees into leadership positions.

      Cons

      I would say the base salary is lower than competition but is made up with extra benefits.
