      Pros

      Flexible schedule, when it's busy it's busy. Good benefits, likable people.

      Cons

      Not every group is created equal. Fortunately my group does very well, but I can only imagine how the others feel when it comes to raises/Christmas bonuses. Favoritism within the groups as well. Get on your manager's good side early.

      Pros

      They were progressively growing during the time I was employed there. However, it depends on the group that you end up in. I was fortunate enough to work in a group where help was always available and they were always professional. Flexible scheduling is also a plus.

      Cons

      Sometimes the work can be a little slow. Other times, can be extremely stressful. All in all, there was a relatively good work/life balance.

      Pros

      Good company, but really depends on what group you are in as to how you will be treated and compensated..

      Cons

      Some VPs don't care about anyone but the PM''s or PE's... if you are a designer or CAD be aware some will not even talk to you or will tray you with little or no respect..
