      Pros

      Working in groups can be an excellent experience as long as you are in a good group. Some are 5* and some are not. Decent benefits package: medical, 401k matching, bonuses.

      Cons

      There are cliques in this company. It's very top heavy with senior management.

      Pros

      Lots of creative freedom given to product development. Lots of free food. Casual work environment. Coworkers were all nice.

      Cons

      No raises given after 2 years. Inflexible work hours.

      Friendly corporate culture, work and like balance and a lot of opportunities to climb the career ladder for young people.

      The types of projects is local and in a more conservative manner.
