      Pros

      Plenty of overtime !!! If you are lucky enough to get on the favorite or assistant warehouse manager persons list it comes with a company car , fuel card and freedom to do as you please .

      Cons

      Only favorite people get raises , worst management I have ever worked for no regards for saftey or respect . Subject to screaming and yelling , being cursed at daily .Very low moral non-team work environment . Very racial management staff . No advancement unless you are in THIER so called social group . Childish bullying by management staff . No open door policy , no contact info HR dept if someone complains they are wrote up sometimes for faulse or incorrect situations .

      Pros

      401k, PTO was good when they actually remembered to put it on your pay.

      Cons

      Commission pay was always inaccurate, 6 years working & training others and never received a review, promotion or pay increase, management is a joke, no incentives, poor customer service, very poor quality checks on merchandise

      Some of the people were very nice to work with

      Cons

      but if you did not come from a specific country forget it. I experienced discrimination form being denied access to the compamy learning website to denial of access to certain revenue streams rsulting in poor returns in sales and was eventually let go for poor sales numbers.
