After 90 days your pay go's to commission and alot people quit for that reason.

Rarely required to work weekends.

Cons

Dirty, dark, dingy, unsafe warehouse. Combine that with the fact that it's about $3 an hour less than commensurate work elsewhere makes LKQ not worth your time.

Love my customers, I'm great at my job, I understand our operating system very well, I can handle pretty much all requests from customers outside of the sales aspect.

Cons

Not compensated for all of the tasks I handle. Management has no clue of everything i take on.
