Women are treated like garbage and "thrown under the truck" many times. I was constantly being sabotaged and my co workers watched it and asked why I didn't go to management. I tried but I was seen as drama trying to defend myself so I just lowered my head and tried staying off the radar. If Anything went wrong the finger was automatically pointed at me. Still I didn't want to lose my job over high school bs.and go the highest of my supervisors and defend myself. But low n behold I lost it anyway. My coworkers were a great bunch of guys and had my back always tried looking out for me but a petty individual kept sabatoging. My loads. He's take the parts. I had to deliver that day and hide them til I left then put it on the loading dock and point it out to the warehouse supervisor who get in my face and cuss me out!,although in my face was bad enough but the alcohol on his breath was worse since he go to the bar down the street during lunch.

2 of the 3 Managers that run the office are nice unfortunately the 3rd one will ruin this corporations facility if not addressed properly, his lack of knowledge for basic manager-employee professional relationship is unbelievable and the fact that the other 2 managers are aware of this behavior and have done nothing to correct it is even more incredible. If it happens to be you like it happened to me, and he does not like you for an unknown reason, prepare yourself to be harassed, victimized and have a hostile work environment for the amount of time you stand to work here. I loved the people I work with, the job itself is not bad, answer the phone, look up the part sell it, but to be disrespected and targeted by email & in person non-stop to the point that it made my work life so uncomfortable I had to walk out. I do not recommend this position to any bilingual or female applicants.
