Pros

If you apply yourself and learn the needed skills then you can work your way up to what ever you want to do. Relaxed atmosphere and great people to work with.

Cons

Parking stinks. Not enough spaces and too small. Need better PTO so everyone does not come in sick. However, managers definitely work with you to compensate.

Great Work Life balance Managers are caring and there is strong human connection among the employees Top management recently changed and bringing good practices into the company Company is growing and more opportunities constantly added Good Benefits

Cons

Work from home policy is not define company wide, however manager normally accommodate their employees. Only 6 Federal holidays which are minimum No Gym or fitness center onsite

work is good and steady and overtime

Cons

Sometimes too much overtime don't care at all about employee or care they have families.Pay is not great compared to other companies what I make an hour after 8 plus years is what some companies start out at or more.Insurance is not bad if only you are on it but if have child or family very expensive and not as good compared to other companies around here .
