      Pros

      Great for drivers if you love getting your hands dirty, you get $1 per bumper core as a bonus on top of hourly pay averaging anywhere from 18-24 an hour on average each month. Lots of opportunity to learn other positions within the company which can be further used in the future if LKQ isn't the career you want. Upper management is helpful and supportive, just show your initiative and hard work.

      Cons

      Middle management are extremely difficult to work with compared to non management and upper management employees. Raises within the company are weak and nobody will ever score higher than a 3 out of 5 on their annual reviews as it "discourages growth and improvement." Base pay is strong to start but weakens as you become more efficient and last longer than 6 months when you realize nobody cares enough to offer you a wage that you are worth.

      Not around, but show up and noting is ever said nice about improvements of facility or financials. My way or else attitude.
