Pros

Great work environment good benefits vested after five years promote from within the company. Really seem to care about employees and their input. Paid time off immediately after hire starts accruing.

Cons

Raises should be given on a merit system as well as attendance and (cost of living annually) Communication between the departments somewhat lacking. A lot of turnover not exactly sure why

Cons

I worked in accounting during my time there and they have a definite problem with management. Some of the managers lack professionalism, and will go out of their way to make an employee feel like an outsider. They will treat employees differently based on their personal feelings and nothing to do with the work of the employee. This is one reason why they have such a turnover in accounting. Also their PTO package is seriously lacking, you only get 5 days of PTO time the first year you are there. That is for vacation and sick, the only offer 7 holidays a year.
