Pros

I was a part of LKQ for 5 years. I joined LKQ with just one year of experience under my belt. It was a career and a life-changing journey. The biggest advantage of working at LKQI was 1. Culture - LKQI promoted a family-like culture. Every member is heard and respected. 2. Work-life balance - Work load is not very hectic and nobody calls you on a weekend. With one day of working from home a week, it was easy to balance my personal and professional life. 3. Flat organizational structure - Fewer hierarchies in the system. Easy to get opportunities to interact and work with senior management. 4. IJP- Internal job postings allow members to move to different verticals. If you upskill through the IJP process you will get opportunities to move to different teams/processes. Overall I had a very positive and fulfilling journey with LKQI. If you are offered a good package and work-life balance is a priority you can join the organization without a second thought.

Cons

Flat organization can be a hindrance to getting promotions and growth. Rest all good.
