      LKQ Bangalore has a fantastic family-like work culture. The management is very supportive and offers flexibility and substantial assistance in case of emergency(my personal experience) Their benefits are better than other companies The work-life balance at LKQ is top-notch, emphasizing their dedication to balancing professional and personal life. In short, LKQ Bangalore excels in a friendly work environment, supportive management, great benefits, and an unmatched work-life balance. As a woman employee, I feel cared for and well-supported. The company provides a sense of safety and offers flexibility when needed, which is highly appreciated.

      Work culture in few other process but not ours

      Cons

      Very poor planning and leadership. Leaders in the team are worried more about target than quality . Monetary growth is not good and hard work will not be appreciated. It is more of pressure in work than fun . Very poor career opportunities and opportunities will not be provided based on performance. This is one process which struggles by working on Saturday also just to deliver targets but no compensation as per outside market given.

It's a wonderful place to work, and I'm grateful to be part of the team, Kishore serves as a true inspiration for many of us. His leadership and dedication set a high standard, and we're fortunate to have him leading our team.

      I appreciate the flexibility provided to managers, and I believe that offering some additional benefits on transport allowances would further enhance the overall employee experience. It's a suggestion worth considering for the company's continued improvement.
