benefits are decent hours are pretty good down to earth co-workers automotive recycling is important for the economy and the environment

not many raises upper management pretty much worried about their own jobs and not yours the district managers and upper management makes all of the big money

do not have to worry about company closing cause there will always be car wreck everday wich is not a good thing but there will always be work!!!

Cons

no raises even after telling employees that they will get a raises. and no opportuties for advancement. and all salesman not stepping up taking responsiblity on telling custmores that they all have to pay for core charges and to please have them drian oil out off engines and transmission or we will charge them for enviromental fees for not draining them.
