      Grew too fast, corporate structure is bad, confusing leadership

      OK place to work if you want steady low paying employment with little chance for advancement

      Cons

      Constantly meddling with job titles, pay structure, company vision. This year they created a whole new level of midlevel managers, promoting from within. Literally a few short months into it, they decided it was a bad idea and canned most of the guys they just promoted "because of their ability and knowledge". Don't listen to input from long time employees in the field. Horrible pay, they will buy a company come in and slash salaries by 50% without batting an eye. "Take it or leave it".

      Pros

      Decent benefits, local managers are ok. 401k and insurance are included, though match rates are lower than other jobs.

      Cons

      Way too muck oversight from headquarters in Chicago. I spend as much time doing redundant and useless reports as I do in my daily duries.
