Management has their favorites if you are not in the group you will not advance. PTO is almost impossible to take (5 weeks notice was not enough to take 2 days off). Promotions are given to someone in the favorites group and then announced like everybody had a shot at it. Management will tell you what you want to hear to shut you up and act like your input is important but blow you off when you walk away.

not paid enough for hard back labor done in the heat of the warehouse, upper management barks orders but dose not help with work load, no growth with-in the company or opportunities for growth.
