      Easy going company, Great work environment, Lots of opportunity to learn/ grow your knowledge of products offered.

      Cons

      100% commission Confined to your desk Huge learning curve and not much help They want you to go out and get customers to build your book of business and when you do they take your customers and give them to the people that already have a large book of business

      It is a long established company and I know that it will still be there in the morning. Offers standard employee benefits and insurances

      Cons

      I feel like I am a number, I am only as good as my Kronis ID. Several of the changes that the company has made has not been in the interest of the employees or the customers for that matter

      Non that I can think of.

      Cons

      This large corporate company came in and took over a long standing family run business. They did not take care of the employees who had worked here for many years, and in fact ruined many efficient systems that were in place.
