      Decent paychecks & benefits if you don't mind being a clone

      Pros

      Benefits aren't bad and the pay is decent, nothing you want for 13 years like I have but not bad for a time. A branch of Keystone that is well put together can run really nicely and make for a decent work environment.

      Cons

      Management is less than desirable and seems to be at the mercy of the corporate big wigs, most branches aren't put together very well for being such a big company and the lack of genuine concern for the common full time employee is very minimal.

      Pros

      The small people are the ones that make that place "workable". Found many people that I feel are going to be friends for the rest of my life.

      Cons

      Only way to get a pay raise is to except a new job, then that isn't guaranteed. Corporate has to approve everything, and they don't like giving out any more money than is needed.
