      Pros

      Growing Fortune 500 company. Lots of opportunity for experience and education in most departments. Good coworkers for the most part. Employee discounts. Good insurance. Comfortable work environment.

      Cons

      Communication and technology are slow to keep up with growth. Possible favoritism in some departments. Vacation and PTO policy is lacking.

      Pros

      Good employee discounts are good.

      Cons

      Company's energy is largely spent buying up other businesses instead of trying to improve products or services. Keystone is still butting heads with the mother ship LKQ as apposed to being fully rebranded some 7 years after acquisition. Paint distribution is a joke- no will to compete or even learn from the employees that have been in coatings for decades. Delivery vehicles are driven into the ground and well beyond employee safety. Culture is circa 1960's.
