PTO sucks. Workload can be a bit overwhelming, some managers try to be too political and freindly with who they like and don't work as hard with helping develop all their employees. This could be a reason for the large turnover problem

There's a serious undercurrent of dishonesty throughout the Hutchins location. They systematically cheat on the employees certifications- certifications that are intended to promote excellence. The training program itself is great, but you are pushed through it at a rate that is impossible to absorb the material, and there is an employee on staff who will take the test for you at a $50 rate. Management knows about this and encourages it. Applied mediocrity! The sales managers also engage in bullying tactics to manipulate the sales team- it's like something out of the 1960's. It's hard to believe this is going on in the modern day with such a large successful corporation.
