      Keystone quality/service was tops in the nation. Then they were bought by LKQ.

      Pros

      Most of the "pros" are gone now. Old Keystone employees (that are still there) continue to provide great customer service. The new paint line helps because LKQ doesn't manufacture the paint products.

      Cons

      Vendors have been changed from providing quality products (equal to OEM with lifetime warranty) to vendors that can provide the cheapest product and supply the demand necessary.

      Pros

      They were accepting and willing to train people from the ground up. Pay was decent though I had to fight hard.

      Cons

      -Working at a boys club (Company got too big too fast and no one knows what they are doing) -Consistently treated like a child -No room for growth because they couldn't find anyone to take my current position -Discrimination -I was once told that I needed to go to the bathroom on my breaks so as to minimize time away from my desk -Support is very sectored off and they don't encourage you to learn, just to pass on.
