Pros

Large inventory to sale from and the company is well known in the automotive repair industry.

Cons

Management lack the proper training and lacks the desire to ensure that all the orders get delivered when they should be delivered. NO PAY RAISES. Management believes that ISC's should earn their raises by their commission. But due to orders not getting pulled and delivered as promised, it is hard to build your customer base.

Pros

You can wear jeans to work.

Cons

Micro-management to the extreme - direct manager needs multiple updates daily, so much so it interferes with the actual work. Zero on-boarding. Sub-par benefits. Lack of resources and no desire to hire more.

First class company,good pay,good benefits,enjoy the work.LKQ cares about employees.

Cons

Site manager runs around threatening workers,get rewarded for building his ego,not the work you do.No upkeep or repair of equipment.All site manager cares about is making himself look good,Hiring of convicted felons,Employees in and out of jail,very low class facility
