      Pros

      You can earn money....As a route driver there is plenty of overtime. Since the hourly pay is so grossly underwhelming the OT is the only thing that allows me to afford working here. The health insurance isn't too expensive!

      Cons

      No incentives, promotions, recognition, or even acknowledgment of hard work. Long thankless hours that leave you regretting each and every decision that led you to apply for LKQ. Zero opportunity for advancement or professional growth. NO raises ever, no matter what.

      Low pay hard to get raises. Need to care more about employees. Often times they seem like their trying to make more money and pay us even less
