      Pros

      Can be a good learning environment under the right manager.

      Cons

      Benefits are lacking, no sick time, very little vacation, you may never get a raise or promotion unless your in with the click.

      Pros

      Benefits aren't bad and the pay is decent, nothing you want for 13 years like I have but not bad for a time. A branch of Keystone that is well put together can run really nicely and make for a decent work environment.

      Cons

      Management is less than desirable and seems to be at the mercy of the corporate big wigs, most branches aren't put together very well for being such a big company and the lack of genuine concern for the common full time employee is very minimal.
