      Pros

      The small people are the ones that make that place "workable". Found many people that I feel are going to be friends for the rest of my life.

      Cons

      Only way to get a pay raise is to except a new job, then that isn't guaranteed. Corporate has to approve everything, and they don't like giving out any more money than is needed.

      Pros

      No one looking over your shoulder most of day. Always job openings because so much turn over.

      Cons

      Commissions are less than told when hired. Majority of employees have not had a raise in 5 years, Managements answer is "You make more money by working longer hours "(salary plus commission, so no overtime). 12 hour days are norm. Trucks are constantly breaking down, no one in charge of maintenance or record keeping. Employees are treated with very little respect. Most companies I have worked for in past would dismiss managers for the way they treat employees here.
