Pros

Days to day work is average, benefits are decent. Fellow employees are usually in the same boat you are in and can sympathize with you.

Cons

Management is out for themselves , your just a peon unless you know someone. Don't even think about complaining, cause you don't know what your talking about and will be the next to go! Vacation time is earned by the paycheck, so you can't use it until you earn it and can't earn it until its to late.

Pros

Even with the pay cuts associated with being bought out by LKQ corp. the pay far exceeds what dealership delivery drivers make. Health care benefits, while costly, are second to none. Branch manager is exceptionally competent and doesn't show favoritism.

Cons

Long hours, middle management is inflexible. Short staffed, so anyone calling out sick had better be hospitalized. You are made aware that you and everyone else is replaceable. The only way to get a raise is to increase sales, forget about an increase in base salary.

Senior management is completely clueless and refuses to reward good employees. We lose them as a result
