      Pros

      Potentially a fantastic company. Good business model and in a growth mode.

      Cons

      Horrible management structure. No training and no concern for employees at all. This is the worst company I have ever worked for in my life! Constant drama is an understatement. The senior management cares nothing about the employees and they know it. Probably the reason for all the back-stabbing and drama; at least you might get noticed! High salaries to management, who in turn, "lord it over" others to a fault!

      Pros

      The GM is so disconnected with his employees that if you wanted you could get away with anything. Lucky for them I have high ethics.

      Cons

      Worked for them for over 10 years, not a single raise.....I want out!!!! No guidance, No support, just pressure to sell to whomever would call. Horrible company!!!

      The work atmosphere is casual and they have great benefits.

      Cons

      There's a serious undercurrent of dishonesty throughout the Hutchins location. They systematically cheat on the employees certifications- certifications that are intended to promote excellence. The training program itself is great, but you are pushed through it at a rate that is impossible to absorb the material, and there is an employee on staff who will take the test for you at a $50 rate. Management knows about this and encourages it. Applied mediocrity! The sales managers also engage in bullying tactics to manipulate the sales team- it's like something out of the 1960's. It's hard to believe this is going on in the modern day with such a large successful corporation.
