      Bad, awful, terrible - run, run, run!

      Pros

      Potential to make good money but it's so unfair and accounts are not equally distributed.

      Cons

      A very micro-managing and negative leadership culture. None of them have leadership skills. They constantly berate their employees and only care about the next sale. They'll fire anyone and they do, as long as they don't quit first. They fire at least one person a month; the turn-over rate is very high. Management treats you like a call-center and they have no ability to see things from a big picture perspective. This could be a great place to work if they didn't use fear as a managing strategy.

      Pros

      There are a lot of good people here. Company just built a brand new really nice office building and good accommodations for employees. They are stepping it up, making it more appealing to retain employees with these things and have improved the amount of PTO at corporate level.

      Cons

      PTO, though have gotten better, still a little behind from what some other large companies in the area are starting people out day 1. Also, since they are a world wide company, be careful where you work. Accounting and Purchasing has seen some positions go overseas. Other than that, pretty stable company.
