Could be way better than it actually is.
Pros
I enjoy working with my night crew. I have been able to get 3 different crews to all work together and communicate with each other to make the job as smooth as possible. Also, there is a lot of leniency when it comes to time off.
Cons
The people! You have incompetent workers and people in charge. Instead of actually looking at the warehouse in person and seeing how poorly ran it is, or how poorly the employees are doing at their jobs, they look at a computer and see that it is running according to that standard. On top of that, there is ZERO repercussions for doing your job poorly or flat out wrong! Zero accountability for the workers and for the manager. So when the employees see the manager doesn’t care, they don’t care. When the manager knows he can do whatever he wants (leave whenever, come whenever, leave an absolute mess of parts around the office, allowing employees to put things in wrong places continuously or not even scanning parts to where they go at all) and the GM allows it, then it just continues to role downhill.
