Pros

Due to LKQ's business model the company may have an off year or two but unless something catastrophic happens internally it's not going anywhere.

Cons

From an IT prospective they pay WAY below the national average. (In the Nashville market at least.) At times there were disconnects in communication from the managers to the teams or individual workers. This caused trust issues.

Pros

Grill outs and monthly lunches for close covered. Flex scheduling time off. Pay and benefits were good. Environment that understands that family is important. Potential to grow with company.

Cons

Too much shuffling around of districts... hell people moved to new cubes about every half year, too. PTO policy is among the worst I've seen out there. Top down communication overall needs to improve.
