Pros
The culture at each clinic location is truly amazing. Your co-workers quickly become your best friends and your support system. Although it is a fast growing company, the management team makes everyone feel like they are part of the family and truly take care of every employee.
Cons
You may have to start off in a position that is not your number one request in order to get your foot in the door at first. For example, starting in a school 2 days per week before transitioning to full time clinic. However, management makes a great point to always ask what you would prefer and they do their very best to accommodate you.
