Pros
I love the community at LLA. t's nice to work for a company that is owned/managed by clinicians. The RBTs are taken care of so well here, which makes things easier. The clinic setting has a great balance of instruction, group activities, and play-based therapy. Leadership is present and supportive. It feels like an environment where it is OK to make mistakes - management wants to teach/support rather than discipline right away. There's a great effort to create positive company culture with staff events, shout-outs, and positive rewards!
