Pros

Competitive pay, great benefits, HR very responsive, Holiday gifts package, service anniversary present, fair bonus. There is a keen interest in keeping people in the company. The way LMI achieves this is by giving people flexibility within the company. If you have been in a position for a while and decide its not for you, LMI will help you find another position in the company that fits your needs. It really feels like leadership is interested in my development as an employee as well as a person.

Cons

When you work on a contract, as opposed to the company directly, you often times feel pretty distant from LMI and its leadership. It is hard to get recognition for good work unless you approach the customer and ask for a good review, which makes me feel a bit like a Youtube blogger, or a customer service rep. Depending on your PM, you could be very in tune with "big" LMI or very distant.

Pros

I have been satisfied with career advancement opportunities and have a great work life balance and am able to telework full time with limited exceptions. Great benefits package and salary is good for not working crazy hours.

Cons

Compensation a bit less than competitors but factoring in work life balance and total hours worked it is competitive.
