LMI is focused on selecting and keeping people who are smart, want to excel in their work, and who treat each other with respect. The company supports its employees with very good pay and benefits, a pleasant work environment, and many opportunities to develop professionally and to enjoy co-workers.

Cons

Some long-time employees are stuck in the past and are unwilling to accept changes to succeed in an evolving government consulting market.

Pros

They really work at protecting the culture at LMI by hiring nice people. Plus they only go after consulting work that we can do well. Other firms go after anything and send people without the right experience to do the work. They don't do that at LMI. High quality work is a badge of honor here.
