      Smart employees...Great benefits...ability to advance personnally and professionally...Intelligent, caring leadership.

      Cons

      Lack of inclusion of off-site employees in social events and happenings within the company. It is sometimes impossible to make an event on a work day at 5pm if you are working 15 miles away in the DC metro area.

      Pros

      Great work environment. Engaged workforce who enjoy each other. Mid-sized consulting firm without the big corporate layers. We have the ability to speak directly to the senior leadership and make a difference.

      Pros

      Flexible work situation, great benefits, respectful and collegial co-workers, lots of opportunities for growth and continued education, LMI is great! The LMI Research Institute is an important benefit, allowing employees to compete for and execute on R&D projects.

      Cons

      Besides the physical location of the building (on the Beltway), I can't think of much to complain about.
