Pros

The remote work is a major pro.

Cons

1. They don’t provide you with equipment other than the laptop even if you were hired remote. 2. They want you to work 24/7 but don’t pay enough to even make you consider that. 3. They tell you that they want you take time off and log off after your 8 hours but they don’t mean it. I’ve heard them praise multiple for working late and always being available. 4. Unlimited PTO is a lie. Even if you use it reasonably, they will still make you feel bad for using it. 5. Lots of blaming and micromanagement going on. 6. You only get promoted if you suck up or if they like you. 7. Pay is not great.
