Pros

It's all depends on the team you work with. but generally speaking they are nice to work with

Cons

No promotion and white privilege. So if you are from people of color this might not be a good company to work with

Pros

"Unlimited leave", decent location, CEO won't last long.

Cons

Unlimited leave but you can never take it, there is never a good time for anyone else. CEO introduced himself on day one with racist agenda. Bullying and unethical behavior are OK is you are on the Senior Leadership Team, the ones who speak the loudest are the worst offenders. Performance review process is ineffective because no one gets promoted. Bonuses are never paid or are differed indefinitely. CEO is invisible to the regular staff unlike previous CEOs (4 in 18 months!).

Thank you for sharing your review. During his first town hall at LMI in August 2020, our CEO outlined his personal commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility. He, along with our entire senior leadership team, has condemned racism and is continuously taking action to establish programs, tools, and techniques to enable and ensure equal access and success for all as outlined here: https://www.lmi.org/diversity-inclusion. We would like to hear more about your experience to better understand the situation. We strongly encourage you to contact our HR team to discuss this in greater detail by emailing AskHR@lmi.org.
