      Ability to work remote is a big plus

      Cons

      Salaries are low, lower level leadership is incompetent and makes decisions emotionally, the benefits are terrible, you tend to get overworked, the IT department is completely incompetent and senior leadership never does anything to solve any problems within the company. If your in software run far away, most other companies will run software projects better then this one.

      Benefits are standard. Decent amount of autonomy

      Cons

      Unlimited leave is a lie - used to attract talent, but in practice it's not true. The old advantages of being with LMI (not for profit, interested in their people more than the bottom-line) are no longer true. I don't recognize the company I joined.
