LMI is a great company to work for, whether junior or advanced in your career.

Pros

LMI is focused on selecting and keeping people who are smart, want to excel in their work, and who treat each other with respect. The company supports its employees with very good pay and benefits, a pleasant work environment, and many opportunities to develop professionally and to enjoy co-workers.

Cons

Some long-time employees are stuck in the past and are unwilling to accept changes to succeed in an evolving government consulting market.

Awesome place to work

Pros

Great opportunities to serve the public sector while having the freedom to support multiple clients. Supportive management staff that encourages out of the box thinking (ask them about LMI weekend). The salary may be less than others, but you can't beat their benefits package.

Cons

Some of the business units are very guarded with their client base and this can hurt innovation across the company

Historically a great company to work for

Pros

Interesting work, great mission, good work life balance, collegial atmosphere

Cons

The current CEO has made the company more top heavy with management and reduced employee benefits. While business performance is exceeding expectations, employee raises were cut in half while promotions into newly created senior management positions is at an all time high
