      Pros

      -Great culture, very smart bunch of people and everyone really cares about the impact of their job. -Great sense of work/life balance, this is odd to find in the DC area. -HQ is a nice new building with tons of windows.

      Cons

      -Difficult to get to know people in different departments. -A lot of changes are happening, most of them for the good, but still a lot to adjust to at once.

      The people are really great. Everyone is very friendly and approachable and seem to have a good work life balance.

      Cons

      My role for the summer was somewhat undefined. At times there was not as much as I might like to have been able to do.

      Cons

      Like all consulting work, winning and or maintaining contracts is key. No strategic bench of SMEs, due to cost of same being billed as overhead
